Can you tell me about your products?
Please check ingredients for any allergies before purchase. We offer a range of unscented and essential oil only products which may suit.
No Lard, No Tallow
100% of the fragrance oils are skin safe and used within manufacturers recommendations.
100% of colorants are proven body safe.
No animals are harmed in the production of ANY of my ingredients. They are all 100% NON ANIMAL TESTED. This includes the final products and all of ingredients in the final product
Where are you located?
Rustic Urban Soap Co is located in Kingaroy, part of the South Burnett Region, 2 hours from Toowoomba and 3 hours drive from Brisbane.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We have a variety of payment options available. Online we accept mastercard, visa and direct deposit
In person and for pick up orders, we accept cash, and via Square we can accept apple pay, visa, mastercard
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of out products, we can not offer returns. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, can in contact with us within 10 days of purchase.
What is your payment policy?
Prices listed include all taxes within Australia.
For speedy delivery, payment is required within 3 days.
After payment, if you cancel the order, a 10% of the total will be retained for restocking fee.
Accepted payment via paypal or via visa, mastercard, apple pay during checkout using a secure gateway. COD is restricted to orders for pickup by prior arrangement only.

Want something you don't see here? Have a wedding, christening, corporate function or just want something for yourself?
Feel free to send a message and I can work with you to create something special just for you. Most items can be made and shipped within 5-7 business days, however cold process soap MUST cure for a period of at least 5 weeks before use and therefore require at least a 2 month lead way to allow for curing, wrapping and delivery.
How are products shipped?
Rustic Urban Soap Co offer flat rate standard shipping and express delivery on all online retail orders. This excludes business orders, custom and wholesale orders, or orders which are excessively heavy
Shipping is via Australia Post standard shipping with tracking, if you require registered post, express post or insurance, please contact us prior to placing the order
For any specialty or custom order, shipping will be provided on the quote.
Most items will be shipped within 3 business days from purchase.
Custom items can take longer, and shipping time will be communicated to the buyer before a custom purchase is made.
